Transaction referencing

Furnish your terminal receipts with individual information and make it easier to allocate payments to business transactions.

Transaction referencing enables you to record up to two additional pieces of information with each payment.

The reference number entered can be printed out on the terminal receipt as well as on your monthly ConCardis statement.

For example:

  • Contract number
  • Order number
  • Job number
  • Delivery note number

When collecting payment at the terminal, you record the relevant customer number.

Then you can look at the ConCardis statement to see which payment relates to which customer or to which order.
