With DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion), you can allow your customers to make payments in their domestic currency. The DCC functionality currently enables invoice amounts to be converted into one of ten corresponding currencies:

NEW – Best Rate Guarantee
DCC transactions have always been settled at the day’s best exchange rate. We now guarantee that to you and your customers.
If your customer makes a transaction on the same day with a card you accepted before and the rate applied should turn out to be better than the DCC transaction, we’ll make up the difference with your customer.
To take advantage of our Best Rate Guarantee, all your customer needs to do is to fill in the form enclosed and send it to our DCC partner company, FEXCO, along with the original receipts. FEXCO will review the application and credit the difference to the card holder’s credit card account within seven days.
Note that Best Rate Guarantee is a guarantee given by FEXCO DYNAMIC CURRENCY CONVERSION LIMITED for the respective card holder’s benefit. This guarantee shall not constitute any right or obligation on the part of ConCardis GmbH. Any complaints from card holders should only be settled between FEXCO DYNAMIC CURRENCY CONVERSION LIMITED and the respective card holder.

- DCC enables transactions by international customers to be converted directly into the appropriate currency at the POS terminal. Your customer can then pay for purchases in US dollars, for example.
- You receive the transaction amount in your domestic currency as usual (e.g. euros or Swiss francs).

- DCC allows your business clients' expenses to be booked simply and quickly in their domestic currency, and provides increased transparency.

All you require is:
- a MasterCard and VISA acceptance agreement with ConCardis, and
- a DCC-compatible terminal.
As the first service provider of cashless payment services, we can offer you the choice of two DCC-compatible terminals with integrated hybrid card readers:
- ConCardis comfort 500 hybrid (currently only available for our German merchants with the euro as the base currency)
- ConCardis premium flexibel (currently only available for our German merchants with the euro as the base currency)
