ESP - Electronic Statement Presentment

Electronic Statement Presentment, or ESP for short, allows you to access the statement showing your MasterCard and Visa transactions in electronic form with immediate effect.

Your advantage

• You have faster access to your data than by post.
• You can access your statement data irrespective of where you are. A CSV interface allows you to load the statement data into other programmes, e.g. Microsoft Excel, and use it for further internal processing.
• Naturally, you can print out a hard copy of all ESP statements.
• The data can be accessed for 365 days and there is no limit on the number of times that it can be downloaded.
• In addition to the settled transactions, you receive an overview of all of the transactions that have been executed since the last statement, updated on a daily basis.

For your safety

• In order to prevent the use of the data by third parties, please create your own password after logging on for the first time using the initial password that we have issued. You can then use this password any time you log on in the future.
• If you forget your password or enter an incorrect password three times, contact our customer service centre to have your access to the ESP tool unblocked.
