Fully integrated payment for hotels: Concardis establishes interface with SIHOT
Eschborn/Schiffweiler, 17. August 2021. Concardis, as part of the Nets Group a leading provider of payment services in the DACH region, is now – together with the well-known SIHOT hotel management system – offering fully integrated and digitalised hotel processes from a single source. Payment is seamlessly connected to all other hotel processes via an interface between the "Concardis Payment Gateway" industry solution and the hotel management software. The integration works for online bookings and payments, as well as for contactless check-in and check-out at the hotel itself.
SIHOT, based in Schiffweiler, Germany, and with subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, UK, Australia and Brazil, is a fast-growing global provider of management systems specialising in the hotel industry. Scalable high-performance solution for lean processes

Concardis has been strongly anchored in the hotel industry for years and has developed special solutions tailored to the needs of hotels. Together with the Concardis Payment Gateway, hoteliers receive the touch display terminal "PAD Next", which can easily be connected to SIHOT in the customer's network. All reservations and revenues come together in one system, with the solutions interlocking seamlessly. Thanks to the transfer of reference numbers between the systems, manual document reconciliation, for example, is no longer necessary, making subsequent processes in financial accounting not only faster and easier, but above all eliminating errors.
Accepting all standard payment methods in contactless mode
Hoteliers also benefit from data protection: Concardis works with tokenisation as standard for its Payment Gateway. All payment-relevant data is recorded and managed by Concardis. The solution supports the direct debit procedure CLV+ and is accordingly cost-effective – but all other payment methods such as girocard, credit card tokens and international payment solutions such as Alipay can also be accepted, of course via mobile payment. If desired, guests can directly select their home currency via intuitive flag icons using DCC, and thus pay directly in their familiar currency.
After Oracle, Protel and Infor, in the form of SHIOT Concardis has connected all of Europe’s main property management systems. Via the partner Hotelbird, in which among others SIHOT is also integrated, fully digitalised and completely contactless check-ins and check-outs can be processed – a service that is more important and in greater demand today than ever before.
